A day to reflect on what Sabbath means to us

The Sisters of St Andrew are hosting an event on "what Sabbath means to us".

Led by Sheelagh Daly, counsellor and spiritual director, the day will reflect on questions such as is the Sabbath "a chance to recharge our batteries? An act of witness against a culture that values busyness above all things?". 

Arrival 10am for a 10.30am start and ends 4pm.
