Mission Team Continues to Support Young People Across the Archdiocese
Members of the Southwark Catholic Youth Service Mission Team have continued to serve parishes and schools across the Archdiocese through a series of youth retreats.
The Mission Team is made up of young adult volunteers who commit themselves to giving retreat days for youth in their spare time.
Recent retreats have included opportunities for prayer, catechesis, discussion, Adoration and Mass, helping young people to deepen their relationship with Christ and grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith.
The team has visited a number of parishes across South London and Kent, working alongside local clergy and volunteers to create meaningful spiritual experiences for young people.
