Death of Deacon Paul Trong Song Ly
It is with much sadness that we announce that Deacon Paul Trong Song Ly, a retired Permanent Deacon of this Archdiocese, died on 7 May 2026 in Garside House Nursing Home.
Deacon Paul was ordained in July 1989 by Bishop Howard Tripp at St James the Great Church, Peckham Rye, and following Ordination he ministered to the Vietnamese Community in both the Archdiocese of Southwark and the Diocese of Westminster.
