On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September, we were delighted to welcome Robert Feduccia from Nashville in the US to kick off cohort 1 of our youth ministry Training Programme.
The Southwark Catholic Youth Service has partnered with EQ Saints to offer a Youth Ministry Training Programm. Cohort 1 began their training on the weekend of Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September at St. George's Cathedral primary school,
The opening sessions were led by Robert Feduccia of EQ Saints (USA), who guided participants through an inspiring programme of formation, prayer, and practical advice for developing youth ministry in parish settings.
This first residential gathering marks the beginning of their formation through a combination of Zoom sessions, online resources, and further in-person training days.
We pray that the Holy Spirit may grant them wisdom, courage, and joy in their mission to serve and accompany the young people of our parishes.
